This is not a refrigerated unit. You must supply ice. Cubed bag ice is recommended.

Each individual serving requires 1/2 pound of ice. 100 servings = 50lb of ice.

This machine cannot be operated by children. Adult supervision is required. We recommend that in the case of the operator having to step away from the machine for a minute that they unplug the unit temporarily. It contains a very sharp and potentially dangerous grinding mechanism. While plugged in or being operated, proper supervision is required.
